## What to include

* Your platform: Mac, Windows, StartOS, or Umbrel.
* Your app version.
* What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
* The exact error message, or a screenshot with balances and addresses hidden.

## Find your app version

The version isn't shown inside the app yet.

| Platform | Where |
| - | - |
| Mac | In Finder, open **Applications**. Select **Bitcoin Control Center**. Choose **File** → **Get Info**. |
| Windows | **Settings** → **Apps** → **Installed apps**. Find **Bitcoin Control Center**. |
| StartOS | Open the Bitcoin Control Center service. The version is on its page. |
| Umbrel | Use the version of the bundle you installed from bitcoincontrolcenter.com. |
